We pay particular attention to the first meal of the day. Served between 8 and 11am in the breakfast room or by the side of the pool, it is a copious and varied brunch buffet with plenty of homemade delicacies.
The restaurant is situated in a separate cottage surrounded by an aromatic and floral garden. It is a gastronomic restaurant committed to the exclusive use of fresh produce and mostly products from the Belle-Ile area. This is combined with the professionalism and the creativity of our chef Pacôme Epron and his team.
Sandrine GAUDIN our head waiter, and his team provide advice to help you choose between the menu suggestion, inspired by the daily market, and served in Le Forge, a room of Mediterranean colours, or the à la carte menu, served in La Table, an intimately decorated room dedicated to the pleasures of taste.
Finally there is an imaginative wine list offering something for everyone; an abundance of “pleasure in a bottle”.
We are also able to prepare picnic baskets for you to take on your outings.
